Terms and Conditions Payment: payment is to be made in full by 14 days , prior to commencement of service. We are a small business and we thank you for your understanding on this matter. Please note that public holidays are charged with an extra $7 on each service .
Cancellations (all other clients): fees do apply when your service has been confirmed. Booking your service incurs administration time and costs. Baldivis Pet Services book in a staff member to cover your service; this means we have to refuse other clients. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total invoice will apply if cancelled up to 7 days prior to the commencement of the service. If cancelled within 7 days of the commencement of the service, then 100% of the fee is payable; this charge applies even if the service was booked in within the 7-day period. Should it be necessary to amend the service, within reason, then no charge shall apply. I
nsurance: Baldivis Pet Services holds Public Liability Insurance while your pet is in our care. However it is your responsibility to ensure that adequate pet insurance is in place. Baldivis Pet Services does not accept responsibility for any accident, loss or injury or even death, however caused.If your pet falls ill or is injured during the time it is in the care Baldivis Pet Services our representative will provide a high quality of care, and every attempt will be made to contact you on the telephone numbers provided.In the event that our representative believes that your pet needs veterinarian assistance, we will contact your vet from the information that you have provided. If, for any reason, your vet is unavailable, we will contact an alternative vet.Any costs incurred as a result of treatment by, or consultation, with a vet, will be your responsibility entirely. We would also ask that you make your vet aware that we have been contracted by you to carry out pet services.
Access: in the event that there is a problem accessing your pet, which is not the fault Baldivis Pet Services , the full fee for the service will apply.
Damages: while Baldivis Pet Services takes all due care and precautionary measures, should your pet cause any damage or injury to any other animal or person or property, then Baldivis Pet Services will not be held responsible.
Return of House Keys: the options for the return of your house keys are as follows:
1. In the case of a self-locking door: Baldivis Pet Services will leave the keys inside the property on the last day of the service Baldivis Pet Services would not, however, be able to access your pets in the event of your delayed return. We cannot accept any responsibility for illness/injury/other eventuality, if your return is delayed.
2 Baldivis Pet Services can leave the keys in an agreed designated place outside the home. We cannot accept any responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances to either your pet or your property.
3. Baldivis Pet Services can hold a set of keys that will be held at our office for future service.
4. Baldivis Pet Services can return the keys as per our schedule of services once you have returned home. This is recommended in the event your flight is delayed and your pet requires food/water.
Security/Safety Breaches by Others, Baldivis Pet Services will not be responsible for any breaches of security or safety caused by tradesman/visitors/or any other persons visiting your home.
Privacy Statement: any information you provide to us will be kept confidential and will not be shared, sold or exchanged with any business or individuals not associated with Baldivis Pet Services We may however disclose any information about you and your animals to law enforcement agencies, or regulatory bodies, should we be required by law to do so.
Waiver and Release of Liability: the undersigned releases Baldivis Pet Services and its workers and agents, from all liability and indemnifies Baldivis Pet Services from any and all claims of every kind and nature whatsoever, arising directly and indirectly from my pet(s) participation in activities or use of service, including any legal claims and medical expenses.
